LONDON — The family of beloved British television and stage actress Dame Penelope Keith confirmed on Monday that she has died at the age of 86 after living with cancer. The actress passed away peacefully at her longtime home in Surrey, where she had lived for more than 50 years. Born Penelope Anne Constance Hatfield on April 2, 1940, in Sutton, Surrey, Keith began her career in theatre before becoming a household name on television.
